Last week, we wrote a slightly tongue-in-cheek article about the dangers of being wedded to the wrong brand.
After reading our blog, one insightful classroom teacher responded, “There are many years when I feel like the bride of an arranged marriage. Textbooks, technology and learning products are placed on a cart and magically appear in my classroom each fall. Some of these products are never used because they simply don’t fit my classroom structure or the instructional needs of my students. And some that I try to use are simply not effective.”
It’s true that teachers rarely have a voice in selecting many of the products and materials to use in their classrooms. And it’s also true (until now), that very few teachers have had an opportunity to provide a meaningful and systematic review of products that can provide essential information to literally millions of other educators – before they make a commitment to the wrong product.
Our passion is connecting educators with products that work. The bottom line is that EdCredible provides a way for you to inform other teachers of your successes and failures with the products that you use each day. Let us hear from you!
